3-phase system:


In Week One, we strip down our meal choices to simple recipes that eliminate proteins, dairy, carbs and sugar. This is called the Detox Phase!

In Weeks Two and Three, we restore the body through what I call "reset days", with light, easy-to-digest meals on certain days of the week to help build back your immune system.

Finally, in Week Four, we start to add back some of the food groups we eliminated in our first few weeks, and set ourselves up for success as we maintain elements of this program throughout our everyday lifestyle choices.
